7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented to you before purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotionViz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or loss of profits.
